Happy Friday once again, friends! I’m going to make this quick because I still have some princess party planning to do and errands to run…but you know I can never resist a Five on Friday 😉
ONE. Anyone else still waiting for school to start?! I LOVE seeing all of the sweet “first day” pictures on Facebook and IG…but it makes me a little sad that ours is still a week and half away! I have truly enjoyed the freedom of our summer and the lazy days, but oh my, I am ready for some structure–even if it’s only for 2 days a week!!! I think it’s going to be a good thing for ALL of us!

TWO. I’ve got fall on the brain lately–which means I’ve already started hunting for new boots. (Chris rolls his eyes). These are the suede booties I really want…but these are the ones I’ll probably end up getting…because: cheap. Still pretty cute though, right?
THREE.  Okay, just one more thing about fall. I was researching Halloween costumes the other day (I mean, who doesn’t do that in August?) and Arden saw this picture over my shoulder. Now she is dead set on being Cruella Deville–with Nash as her Dalmatian. I’m sure she’ll be over it in a week and onto something else, but how cute would this be?!?
FOUR. Is it a problem that the words “Sonic ice” and “brain freeze” are part of my 22 month old’s vocabulary? I’m pretty sure we are keeping that place in business this summer with all of our Happy Hour runs…
FIVE. I saved the best for last! Arden and Nash have a new COUSIN!!!! My BIL & SIL had their first sweet little girl yesterday…Cora Leigh. I seriously can’t stop looking at her picture…she’s just a perfect doll baby! We are all so excited to get to GB later this weekend and see her in person!!!
Now if this doesn’t give you baby fever, I don’t know what will…

That BABY! Yes, all the baby fever! And little Arden, how do they grow so fast in one year?!!
We just ordered Noah his costume, so not strange at all to me! While he definitely could change his mind, he seemed very set on it and I was worried it might sell out! That cruella and Dalmatian costume is hilarious!
Curella and her dalmatian- love it! And that picture is so perfect. haha. If she doesn’t change her mind by Halloween that would be the best costume for her and Nash 🙂 You’re not the only one looking at Halloween costumes right now, I just can’t help myself!

Baby love right there! She’s adorable!! Arden looked so young last year on her first day of preschool. Why won’t these kids stop growing so darn fast?!

I do love everyone’s first day photos–it’s like a holiday that keeps on coming!!! Pretty sure we’ll be the LAST ones to share ours with a start date of September 7! Seriously?! Also, YES to those Halloween costumes!!!!!!! You have to! Next year, Nash will likely have an opinion so this could be your last year of coordinating the two! And it truly couldn’t be any more perfect for Arden and Nash! And finally, what a sweet, sweet baby girl. I love her name! Enjoy those baby snuggles this weekend!
OMG, Arden’s first day photo from last year is killing me. She looks so tiny. Wow! I’m excited for first year photos too, but we have a few weeks to wait too. I think it’s hilarious that Nash has those words in his vocabulary. Nothing wrong with it. 🙂 I LOVE that Halloweek costume. Such a cute idea. I say go for it. 🙂

We FINALLY start school this Tuesday. While we’ve been living it up this summer, we are all more than ready to get back into our regularly scheduled programming!
PLEASE, PLEASE have Arden go as Cruelle for Halloween. That costume is amazing.
