Friday night was spent with some good friends…two of whom are moving to Baton Rouge in a few weeks. More on that later though. I’m still not quite ready to accept it.
Saturday morning we hung around the house and someone showed off her new big-girl pajamas.
She was growing out of footed PJs like it was her job, so we decided to make the switch and let those footsies hang loose.

That afternoon we ventured out to meet the Easter Bunny. Or should I say the “Creepster Bunny”.
You see what I mean?
After that scary experience (for me), we roamed around Bass Pro and used their toys for photo props. What else, right?
I think miss Arden will be ready for a ride on Papa’s four-wheeler next time we’re back in Kansas…

And clearly, she’s ready for the lake this summer…
We also spent some time outside this weekend enjoying the beautiful weather.
I hadn’t realized until now how much Arden loves to be outside. Hot? Windy? She doesn’t care…she flaps her arms and squeals anyway.

Our little bunny decided to sleep in until after 8 this morning…guess she didn’t get the memo about the Easter goodies waiting in her basket?
Her favorite gift? The new pacifier. Getting it out of the egg was a fun new game too!
