So it’s been awhile. I don’t know why I haven’t blogged lately…maybe it’s because I spend all of my spare time watching ridiculous television. Shows like Sweet Home Alabama, RHWONJ and Toddlers & Tiaras are my guilty pleasure. Wait, do you have to be ashamed to make it a guilty pleasure?
Meet Olivia. She’s going to be one messed up adult, but I giggle uncontrollably everytime I watch this. Crazy fool.
Ohhhh crazy people–how boring would this world be without them?
My in-laws were in town 2 weekends ago (yes, I’m way behind) and we had a great time! I’m pretty mad at myself for only taking one picture–but at least it was a decent one, right?
That was after a fun dinner at the Back Street Cafe celebrating Mel’s birthday. We may have even come up with a new business plan, which would require us to move to GB and drink a lot of beer. I’m in!
Earlier in the day we checked out NASA, where somehow we lucked out and went on the day they were launching the last space shuttle Atlantis. They hurried us into this huge theater and my in-laws and I were confused as to why we couldn’t just watch it out the window. We found out 10 minutes later from Chris that it was all happening in Florida. Whoops! Anyway, it was a neat tour, which we followed up by lunch at the Kemah boardwalk, a trip to Ikea and drinks at Hughes Hangar. This place is so amazing…come visit us in Houston and I’ll show you. 🙂
It was a great weekend and we’re really looking forward to hosting all of the Page sisters in September! The gals will be dominating our house that weekend 6-1 (including Hazel of course)…watch out Chris!
Tomorrow we’re off to KC to celebrate the Ellis/Payne nuptials and I’m SO excited! Hopefully it won’t take me 2 weeks to blog about it!
