How far along: 21 weeks
Size of Baby C: 3/4 lb, 10 inches
Fruit/vegetable comparison (according to Baby Center): Carrot
Total weight gain: 8lbs
Sleep: Pretty good. I’m still napping for 30 minutes to an hour during Arden’s nap time…it makes such a difference!
Movement: Lots! It’s still the most amazing thing to me…
Unglamorous body changes: Skin stuff–boo! I’m getting dark spots on my face even with the half bottle of sunscreen I feel like I’m applying every day. I guess the good news is that I know it goes away after baby. Until then, my BB cream is my BFF 🙂
Maternity Clothes? I think I’ve found my summer wardrobe: Old Navy maternity tanks + jean shorts or gym shorts. But I’m also in love with this dress from eShakti…it’s not maternity, but the waist is high enough for it to work!
Showing: Apparently not that much…I took a Pilates class this week and felt like everyone was wondering why I was modifying some of the moves. I’m pregnant–not just lazy, people…I promise! 😉
Food cravings: None really right now. I’m just happy to like food again!
What I miss: Not much. I am one of those annoying people who enjoys being pregnant–but especially so in the 2nd trimester. Whoever declared it the “honeymoon trimester” was right 🙂
Anything making you queasy: Nope!
Milestones: Baby’s eyebrows and eyelids are now present.
Best moment this week: Going through the boxes of boy clothes that my sister-in-law gave us. My due date is on Luke’s birthday, so it couldn’t be more perfect season-wise! Just holding all those little tiny newborn clothes made me so happy! Oh and I got to love on a friend’s newborn baby boy at a shower on Sunday…is it possible to have baby fever while pregnant? 😉
Looking forward to: Getting in our house and starting on the little guy’s room! And breaking out all of the baby stuff again…ahhh, I can hardly wait!

So now that you’ve heard the baby scoop, I wanted to share a little bit about the dress I wore in the picture. A step up from week 19’s get-up, wouldn’t you say? 😉
Fashion blogger, I am not–a far cry from it actually! But that doesn’t mean I don’t love cute clothes. So when eShakti.com gave me the opportunity to try one of their pieces, I was all over it! I love the concept behind the company–they provide custom-fit clothing, meaning you get to choose your size, height & style. You basically get a custom experience, with the convenience of online shopping.
I chose this particular dress because a. I’m in LOVE with the vintage look and feel, and B. I thought it could work as both maternity and non-maternity. I chose to keep the style as it was pictured online, but it was nice to be able to provide my height. Being tall, I’ve always struggled to find clothes that are long enough, but still fit everywhere else!
My dress arrived a week after ordering and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the look and quality. I’m hoping to wear it to a wedding in August…and maybe dress it down with flats on other nights. But speaking of weddings–I wish I would’ve known about eShakti when I was picking out bridesmaid dresses for my own! There are tons of great options and everyone can get the perfect fit.
So there you have it…a fun new shop to explore!
You can find out more about eShakti on their Facebook, Pinterest & Twitter pages too.

You look great! My skin has been rough this pregnancy too. I sure hope it clears up soon. And how fun to get a box of baby clothes! I haven't had any passed down to me but I have been doing a little shopping. How quickly you forget how tiny those little onesies can be!
