Fact of the day: I’ve never done a “confessional” post. Ever! I know, I know…apparently I’ve been living under a rock. But I recently came across Jessica’s blog (is she adorable or what?!) and saw that she was hosting a Confessional Thursday linkup…so I decided it was finally time to jump on the bandwagon and start confessing! So here goes nothing…
We’re heading to Arden’s parent-teacher conference this morning and I’m oddly excited. Yep, she’s in preschool.
I saw these on Ashley’s blog yesterday and totally fell in love. Trying to figure out how I can sneak a purchase like this by my budget-loving husband 😉
Every time I leave Nash alone for more than 10 seconds, I come back to something terrifying like this. Also, Hazel is a terrible babysitter.
I’m super excited for Valentine’s Day…because we get to watch Jade & Tanner’s wedding. Duh!!!! If I see her at Target again I’m totally going to ask her all about the big day. Maybe…
Speaking of the Bachelor…I was THIS close to looking at the spoilers on Monday night. That preview of the finale where Ben changes his mind is c-r-a-z-y!!!!! D I have the willpower to wait until the end to find out? I just don’t know…
Don’t tell Arden that this is what happens when her brother gets out of the bath before she does. He plays with her dollhouse and uses her tiny Barbie table for a stool…bare buns and all. This kid is something else, I tell ya…
I keep telling myself that the reason I haven’t been going to the gym lately is because the kids always seem to get sick when we do. Truth is…I don’t have an ounce of motivation either, so it works out 😉 I think I’m going to need some spring weather to inspire me!
I still can’t believe my “man flu” post for the Kansas City Mom’s Blog was republished by For Every Mom yesterday. Poor Chris! Ha!
I miss school holiday parties! Guess I’m going to have to be a professional room mom to get my fix! Had a great time with this little Valentine yesterday at her preschool party…

Oh Nash! Love his fearlessness and little booty. I won’t tell Arden either what he does when she isn’t looking. Yay for preschool parties. Looks like fun and a success based on Arden’s smile. Cam has his tomorrow, but parents aren’t allowed to join. I want to be a fly on the wall.
I know! I wish they offered video monitoring like some daycares do (ha!)…although I’m sure I’d never get anything done 😉
I’m all about the spoilers! I read them before the season starts! I love watching who actually wins and seeing their relationship bloom!
I did that one time and I actually kind of liked it too! I knew that Catherine was going to win Sean’s season and it was really interesting because you never would’ve guessed it from like the first 5 episodes! And now they’re pretty much the cutest couple on the planet…
Hahahaha Nash on the table!!!! That looks so much like our house on the daily (in fact there’s a pic of Ben standing on our poor doggie in my post today). Also, I definitely checked out the Bachelor spoilers. I can ever wait. Although they have been wrong a few times so you still never know haha. When he does interviews he won’t say if he’s in love or not though. Makes me wonder…
Ben and Nash–two peas in a pod! 😉 And I guess that’s true about Reality Steve…you still don’t know for sure!! I think it’s weird that Ben has been on the after show a couple of times…I feel like that’s got to be really hard to say anything without giving it all away?! Anyway, I wonder too!!!

I am so behind on the bachelor because I am from the U.K so I have to find links to watch it which is a pain so I tend to just read the spoilers but I promised myself this season that I won’t we will soon see! I am so impatient. Yeah I haven’t been going to the gym either the weather is so bad but that is so not an excuse I need to get this booty in gear pronto!

Oh my gosh, I LOVE those leggings. If you figure out a way to sneak them past your husband, tell me your trick…because mine would never get over the price tag, lol! Because right now, the only reason I’m not is because of peer pressure not to from, ahem, YOU! And finally, where did you get your dining room light fixture? We are wanting to replace our builder grade fixtures (already replaced island lights) and I really want one of those spherical ones! (But we also don’t want to pay an arm and a leg.)

I wish we had parent/teacher conferences! We can see one up of necessary, but they aren’t standard. And I love volunteering in the classroom too! I get to help with the v-day party today!
There’s not much to it to be honest, but it is nice just to hear from the teacher since dropoff and pickup are always busy and don’t allow much time for that. Have fun at the Liam’s party today!!!!

CRAZY, huh?!? I think Monday’s episode was the first time they showed previews for that…I was like where did this come from?!? Basically he sends the first girl home, then sends the second home because he realized he loves the first one more. Holy moly. This season has been pretty entertaining!

So I have a confession… I totally looked up who won the other night after the bachelor and I’m happy to say, I was right. If you don’t want to know, don’t look it up, because I also googled who Ben calls on the phone with no luck! My guess is that I think it’s his mom though!
