Happy Friday, friends!
I’m going to take my Five on Friday in a different direction this week by sharing 5 pictures that never made it to Instagram. Straight from the cutting room floor…or something like that.
one.
If I don’t get my shower taken before these two hooligans wake up, they usually end up in our bed while I challenge myself to get ready in the length of one episode of Mickey. Clearly they don’t mind the wait too much…
two.
I just thought Arden looked adorable in her buffalo plaid yesterday, so I asked her to “pose” for me so I could take a picture. This is what I got. She might have a future in modeling…or as the director of a church choir.
PS: Her dress is on sale for $6.99 right now!!! Can’t beat that!
three.
The other day Arden came running up to me with the most excited look on her face. She said, “Mommy I found some delicious chocolate in the pantry, but I can’t get it open!” Imagine her disappointment when I told her what it really was…
Womp womp.
four.
Because you can never have too many “sleeping Nash” pictures. I just adore him.
five.
More snow!!! And finally an excuse for Arden and I to take our matchy-matchy boot pic. Most likely the first of many 😉
One last thing before I go…
I’m co-hosting an Instagram giveaway with some of my favorites, and you don’t want to miss it! A BOB Revolution Flex Jogging Stroller and a $100 Lululemon gift card are up for grabs…so head on over to Instagram now to enter!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Arden’s model picture is too cute! I hear ya on trying to get ready while there are little ones. It’s tough. Bummer about that amazing chocolate. Poor girl!
It really is! Luckily I don’t shower every day 😉 haha!
Those are all precious! Love them tucked into bed while you shower. Without a big sibling there’s no way I could trust Ben to stay in bed haha. That is hilarious about the chocolate! Girl after my own heart. That dress is adorable on her!
Oh I know, Arden is my guard dog…she’ll tell me when he’s trying to escape! And I honestly think he sits still for longer just because he sees her doing it. I’ll take it! 😉
LOVE the matching boots, wish it was EVER cold enough for us here in SA!!
Sleeping pics just melt my heart… Happy weekend friend x
But I see your pool pics and wish we lived in SA!!!! And I agree…sleeping baby pics forever 🙂
That pose!! I’m impressed that they’ll stay in bed for a whole Mickey! Reid pretty much climbs up my leg the entire time I try to get ready!
Oh don’t be too impressed…nash is usually banging on the shower door 2 minutes into the show!! 😉
Your photos are perfection! And your little ones are too cute!
Thank you so much!!! Glad you stopped by! 🙂
You can never NEVER have too many sleeping baby pictures!
Nope…NEVER!!!!
Love all the sweet photos of your little people! One of the first things I bought when I found out we were expecting was a tiny pair of red hunters.. how sweet are they!!
The headboard on your bed is amazing!!!! I love it!
Thanks friend! It’s an old barn door from my in-laws’ barn that we stained and hung to the wall. I loooooove it!
What color stain did you use? I am on a wood staining/DIY kick 🙂
That’s a good kick to be on! We used Miniwax Driftwood 🙂
Such cuties! Loving the Mommy and Me matching Hunters!
Thanks friend! I’ve been waiting awhile to take that pic 😉
You have such a beautiful family!! Loving the first picture, your bed looks gorgeous!!
Aw thanks, Lauren! The headboard is an old barn door from my in-laws’ farm!
Cracking UP over the choir director and evaporated milk.
Also, you should know Abigail walked by as I was scrolling past sleeping Nash and we just had a five minute conversation about how sweet that sleeping baby is.
Bless her heart!!! She’s such a little momma! 🙂
The matching boots are so cute! Makes me want to get my daughter a pair like mine!
Do it!!! 😉 I broke down a got Arden a pair for Christmas and I will say–she’s worn them a lot already!
Your kids are so adorable! I’m so glad I found your blog- and I love the boots!
Thank you so much, Desirae!! I’m glad you did too!
Haha the evaporated milk pic is too funny! Love these cute outtakes!
Ha! I challenge myself to getting ready in the length of one Paw Patrol episode daily! Pre kids it took me ages to get ready. Now? 30 minutes and I’m half way presentable.
Loving Arden’s pose.
And sweet, sweet Nash. Sleeping photos are always among my favs.
Happy Weekend!
I love that first picture! So cute!!
