Movement: Getting bigger and crazier every day. It gave Chris the willies last week when I had him feel a very distinct foot near my rib!! Carrying babies has to be the weirdest and coolest thing I’ve ever done.
Unglamorous body changes: I’m sure there are tons–but I’ve kind of stopped caring!
Maternity Clothes? You betcha.
Showing: Yes…finally, there’s no question about it!
Food cravings: I don’t know if it’s cravings or just me using pregnancy as an excuse to eat whatever I want (hint: it’s the latter)…but I’m all about desserts lately. I bought a pack of Oreos for the first time ever yesterday….and I know one husband who’s not complaining about it!
What I miss: Boulevard Wheat. And being able to full-on PLAY with Arden. I’m just looking forward to not feeling so “delicate” anymore!
Anything making you queasy: A friend of mine said she always feels sick when she hears Adele because it’s what she listened to during her first trimester. Well now I know what she means. Just one note from Arden’s Veggie Tales CD and I want to barf!
Milestones: Baby boy now has toenails, fingernails and hair!
Best moment this week: Ordering a few things with the little guy’s name on it made me soooo excited! Oh yeah, not sure if I’ve mentioned it here before, but we have a name! Chris and I decided pretty much immediately that we wanted to use our original boy name (what we would’ve used if Arden had been a boy). I think I love it even more 2 years later. Can’t wait to share it with the world in roughly 8 weeks! (I know…SO mean!!!)
Looking forward to: Working on the nursery some more this week. Slowly but surely, we’re making progress!
