Three years ago your dad and I were on our knees praying for you.
Two years ago I was holding you for the first time…in awe of God’s perfect gift.
And now, here you are–a walking, talking, hilarious little person–that somehow I love even more than the years passed.
I thought I knew what love was before you came along…but it turns out I had no idea. My heart is fuller than ever before, and I’m just so incredibly thankful that the Lord chose me to be your mom.
You are our little miracle…a miracle that was most definitely worth the wait. I hope you know that you were, are, and always will be so wanted.
