Happy St. Patrick’s Day, friends!
I may not have much green in my wardrobe, but you can bet I’ll be dressing my little leprechaun up in her SPD best…and thanks to the Lucky Recipe Linkup, we’ll be snacking properly too!
I give you Lucky Charm Snack Mix from the lovely Natasha over at Hello! Happiness.
Let me just tell you, it’s as tasty as it looks!!!!
Ingredients
6 cups Lucky Charms
Green M&M’s
Peanuts
Pretzels
White Melting Chocolate
Green Sugar Sprinkles (optional)
Directions
1. Take Lucky Charms and separate out the marshmallows.
2. Take the cereal WITHOUT marshmallows and add pretzels, peanuts and then spread it out on a rimmed baking sheet or pour into bowl to mix with the chocolate.
3. Melt white chocolate and pour over and mix well.
4. Next add the magically delicious marshmallows and some M&M’s.
5. ENJOY!
This recipe swap couldn’t have come at a better time considering my nieces and nephew get here tomorrow. In other words, I may not eat the whole batch by myself! 😉
