Here we go again, my friends…it’s day 4 of the Kid Tested, Mom Approved Link Up par-tay!
Today’s hostess is my oh-so-sweet friend Emily, who’s talking all about making and capturing memories with her little man, Owen. I can’t wait to see what she has to share…she is so creative and Owen is an absolute doll! Perfect combo for capturing memories, is it not? 😉
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m slightly obsessed with Instagram. I feel like I never look at Facebook anymore because it’s so much easier (and more fun, I might add) to scroll through my friends’ perfectly filtered pictures…apparently I am too lazy for words these days 😉
While planning Arden’s 1st birthday party I came across an Instagram gem…a gem, I tell you! It’s called Prinstagram and it pretty much rocks my world. After connecting your Instagram account through their website, you’re able to create some pretty awesome things with your Insta pics. Square prints, greeting cards, memory boxes, framed prints, tiny books, posters, calendars, stickers etc, etc.
I used the mini squares to create a “ONE” collage for Arden’s party and I was so impressed with the quality. And the website was super easy to use…the only hard part was choosing my 96 favorite Instagram pictures of Arden 😉
Some of my favorite memories of the past year, all in ONE place…
(cheesy pun intended)
There were some extras, which I ended up sprinkling around the counter tops. Cute and easy party decor…
Now that the 1st birthday party dust has settled, I’ve got some serious “memory capturing” on my to-do list. That means a few Prinstagram projects that will help us to save all of these special Instagram pics from Arden’s first year. I’m also keeping it in mind for Christmas gifts…wouldn’t the minibooks make perfect brag books for grandparents?!?
So what are you doing to capture memories with your kiddos? Grab the button below and tell us all about it! And don’t forget next week’s topics–tried & true toys and go-to gear!

Haha I am EXACTLY the same way, I used to love Facebook and now I never go on there and stick to Instagram – so much more fun. 🙂
I also used Printsagram and LOVE them. Such good quality.
