It’s official: we have a swimming lesson grad in our house 🙂 Arden had her last lesson at the Y on Thursday…and honestly, I’m really going to miss our little twice-a-week activity. It was a fun outing for the 3 of us after Chris got home from work on those days…and we even made some new friends through it.
When we signed up I was a little worried that Arden might be too young, but that turned out to not be the case. She’s not swimming laps or doing flips off the diving board (yet!) but I think it really helped her to feel comfortable in the water…which is a good thing since we’re going to be beating the Texas heat with many a trip to the pool this summer!
Chris was mad at me after the class because he said I talked too much and he couldn’t get enough actual swimming pictures. Well sue me for being social! 😉
He still got quite a few if you ask me…
I still find it completely amazing that Arden doesn’t mind being dunked. The child still hates being in her car seat for more than 5 seconds, but she’ll let you dunk her all day long?!?

We just finished our twice a week swim lessons at the Y too last week! We were going in the mornings though on Mon-Wed. I wish Drew had been able to come with us to take pictures… these are priceless. And Charlotte LOVES to be dunked too… it's hilarious!

What a cute little one! I remember that my parents taught me how to swim was I was reallllly little and I LOVED it! Our little gal will be born in Oct. and I want to introduce her to the water come summer for sure! 🙂
