What was life like before Etsy? To be honest, I don’t think I want to know!
Every so often I get questions from friends about where I buy Arden’s headbands, so I thought I would share some of my favorite Etsy shops on here. You might remember my crazy bow-making days…well as you can imagine, those came to a halt after Arden was born. I found it was much much easier to browse Etsy during nap time than it was to drag out my entire “sweatshop” and attempt to be creative. Plus, getting packages in the mail is the best thing ever…especially when they include baby fashion accessories 🙂
So for those of you with little girls in your life (or on the way), here are some of my favorites shops for headbands and bows…
I L-O-V-E these bows! They are so simple and sweet, and the patterns are adorable.
Plus they ship fast, which is always a bonus!
I’m also working with the shop owner on Arden’s 1st birthday dress (never did find this one in her size!) I saw a sneak peak of it and my heart literally skipped a beat. It’s vintage tea party perfection and I can’t wait to share the details 🙂

Bloomies is my go-to for solid colored bows and headbands (thanks to my friend Andrea who introduced me to this shop as soon as I knew I was having a girl!) If you follow Bloomies on Instagram or Facebook you can find out about their sales and stock up! I’ve gotten their felt bows and flowers for as little as $1.50 each. Can’t beat that!

I haven’t actually purchased anything from this store yet, but I’ve had my eye on these jersey knit bows for awhile. So cute!!

This has been my holiday bow destination since Arden was born. I found the perfect Halloween headband there and now we have a 4th of July beauty on the way. Eeeek! I can’t wait!
Look at this tiny little nugget on her first Halloween 🙂
And since I don’t have an unlimited bow budget (although I’ve wished for it many times), I find a lot of flowers and bows at Forever 21 and Hobby Lobby for pretty cheap. We’re talking $1.80 for a 2-pack in the F21 checkout bins! They’re usually on clips, so I remove the bows and put them on a headband with felt backing. A little more work than clicking “add to cart” but it can save a lot of moolah in the end 😉 And now that Arden’s hair is getting longer, I think she’ll be rocking the clips more often anyway!
Do you have any favorite shops for bows or headbands? I’m always on the lookout!

Soo cute! And how crazy that you're doing "vintage tea party" for Arden's first bday because my mom gave me that same idea for Charlotte's and we've started collecting things already! I guess great minds think alike 🙂

Thanks for sharing this! I always put the clips in Scarlett's hair, because I'm so afraid the headband will be to tight. I'm going to have to get over that soon, because those headbands are tooooo cute!

Love me some headbands for my little lady!! 🙂 I have ordered a few from Little Town Boutique (on Etsy and IG)-super cute and dainty! Can't wait to see Arden's dress! I am planning a "Sweet" Tea party for Lily Caroline's 1st birthday!! So excited-I may draw some inspiration from Arden's attire! 🙂 Although her party isn't until Nov.

Sooo many cute headbands, but Arden really makes them in my opinion!!! I hope I get to refer back to this post one day! 🙂 Thanks for sharing all your great shops!
