Since a grand total of about 6 people will see our holiday decor in person this year, I decided I’d better share some pictures on the ol’ blog. Gotta make it worth the hours of setup, right? 🙂
What you can’t see in this picture is the pile of baby gear and toys behind the couch. You better believe my living room never looks like this anymore!

Last year I started taking all the cute Christmas cards from friends and family and hanging them over our entertainment center. Twine, clothespins and Christmas cards…ta-da!
No bows…no tags…easier to haul back to Kansas in the back of a pickup truck.

Yes, I bought an Elf on the Shelf even though he means nothing to Arden at this point. I just couldn’t resist! We showed him to my niece on FaceTime and she was in shock because he looked just like her elf, Stewart. She came to the conclusion that they must be twin brothers.
Obviously.
Our dining room hasn’t changed much from last year, but I guess that means I liked it! (Or that I’m just lazy)…
Arden’s room got a little taste of Christmas too.
This tree is perfect for the nursery…
