I have a confession: I only make recipes that can be made in a crockpot and have less than 5 ingredients. Most of you have probably seen these on Pinterest (or even made them)…but here are two of our new favs.

I love the fact that both of these recipes call for frozen chicken. No planning necessary.
I used fat free cream cheese even though she says not to (what can I say, I’m a healthy daredevil)…and it still turned out good! Chris actually liked it better the next day in a tortilla. But then again, he can make almost any leftover into a burrito.
I have to thank the lovely Lauren Dawson for this recommendation. Chris is obsessed with buffalo chicken dip, so when she was describing this recipe to me, I knew it would be right down his alley. Again, it started off on a bun and then he said “this would be really good in a tortilla too”.
Next up on our recipes to try is one that’s actually supposed to be served on a tortilla.

Hopefully people will continue to come up with healthy crockpot recipes with five ingredients or less…otherwise Chris and I may go hungry!

Julle literally made the crockpot chicken taco meat yesterday, but we used it for enchiladas…very tasty!
I need to invest in a crock pot. I can't believe I don't own one… or a microwave.
My big present I requested for Christmas was a crock pot, what is wrong with me! I can't wait to try out these recipes! Thanks V!
