Probably. But it makes me feel like I’ve got things under control! What’s on the Thanksgiving week agenda, you ask? The Downtown aquarium, the Houston Zoo, Breaking Dawn, St. Arnold’s Brewery, and of course, a big Thanksgiving meal.
I feel like a kid on Christmas–I am just so excited! My sister’s family is going to be here in oh, you know, 7 hours! Yes, they are driving through the night with 3 kids under the age of five. And yes, they are brave 🙂 Little Luke is also taking his first plane ride tomorrow, so I’m sure there will be lots of good travel stories all around. Then the Calcara’s get here mid-week. It’s going to be wonderful!
Last time everyone visited us in St. Louis, Maren thought our house was nice but pointed out that it was missing some very important things…TOYS. I decided I wasn’t going to let that happen again. So $15 and a trip down the bargain isle at Target solved the problem…
It’s going to be a GREAT week! I promise I will have lots of pictures to prove it! 🙂
