We decided to join the club this year…the Christmas light club, that is. November 12th is too early for Christmas lights, you say? Well don’t worry, we haven’t actually turned them on yet. Clark–I mean, Chris–has dreams of doing a lighting ceremony when our families are here at Thanksgiving.
I didn’t help because I had an important job of my own…taking pictures. By the way, that is a really good excuse in case any of you are looking to get out of physical labor around the house. “I’ll help in a minute, I just need to take some pics for the ol’ blog!”

I know it seems like our house is having an identity crisis. I’m just not ready to give up my sparkly pumpkins yet! Thanksgiving day, I promise.
