I know there are a lot of people out there that are “over” the Royal Wedding. I actually hide every one of my friends that whines about it on facebook. You don’t like Kate? We can’t be friends. Just kidding…kind of 🙂 I’m not as obsessed with Ms. Middleton as my friend Erica, but I’m still pretty pumped about the wedding in general. Getting to be in London when they were setting up and touring Westminster Abbey pretty much put me in the mood. I’m not going to go out and buy a replica of Kate’s wedding ring (only $29.95), but I did pick up a little something from the WA gift shop…
Think I can get Chris to play cards with me tomorrow while watching the wedding coverage?? My guess is probably not. The other day we were discussing how people used to tell him he looked like Prince William. He then proceeded to call himself the Prince of Buffalo Township–the area of Barton County where he grew up. So Mel, I guess that makes us the Queen and Princess! I had no idea I was marrying into royalty…what a pleasant surprise!
