Hello, hello! Putting the old passport to use again this week–this time in London! I left Saturday and got here Sunday morning. Our team got together and headed straight out for a London bus tour. It was a gorgeous, sunny day–perfect for taking in the sights on the top of a double-decker.
The London Eye. Next time I definitely want to go up…
Sunday afternoon I got to hang out with an old Cerner friend from the London office…Kevin! He was kind enough to show Ellie and I around town and then join us for dinner with the rest of the team. It was great catching up…I just love this guy 🙂
Yesterday was the start of the conference. Normally we’re kooked up conference centers with no windows, but this time we had a perfect view of Westminster Abbey. Can’t beat that!
It’s been kind of neat to be here before the royal wedding. There is construction everywhere in preparation for the big day! I’m not gonna lie, I will be DVRing the coverage as well as the ‘William and Kate” movie on Lifetime 🙂
I’m having a great time, but I cannot WAIT to get home. When I land in Houston on Thursday my parents will be there!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever gone this long without seeing them. So ready to spend some quality time and show them around Houston!

Love the Westminster pic. You are putting that camera to good use!
