**Disclaimer: this blog post contains an obsessive amount of Hazel pictures. If you don’t think she’s cute then you probably don’t want to read this! Thanks :)**
Lunch hours have taken on a whole new meaning since I started working from home. It only took a couple days for me to realize that a break at noon was definitely going to be necessary. Whether it’s a quick trip to the grocery store, a walk around the block with Hazel, or a little Ellen…it really helps me to recharge for the afternoon. I’d say the biggest challenge of working remotely is the lack of human interaction. I actually talk to Hazel like she’s my co-worker…give her tasks, ask her opinion on things, etc. Okay, not really, but I do talk to her a lot whenever she decides to grace me with her presence in the office. However, on beautiful 65 degree days like we’ve had this week, all Hazel wants to do is be outside. So over my lunch break yesterday I joined the little hooligan in the backyard for a photo shoot. It’s been gloomy every time I’ve had my camera outside so far so I haven’t had much practice with the sun…and wow, I have been missing out!
And when I go back to work, Hazel does this. Lucky.
Happy Friday!
