Okay, so I know you’ve seen these on every blog out there…totally unoriginal, but I’m proud of myself for A. actually following through with a craft project and B. taking pictures of the finished project to make it somewhat resemble Etsy pictures. It’s amazing how much better things look through the lens of my new camera.
My mom and I came across this craft idea on a blog we were simultaneously stalking (cool, aren’t we?) And then she found some instructions here. By the way, if you ever need someone to do google research for you on anything–medical symptoms, movie times, product reviews–she’s your gal 🙂
Anyway, this craft project was so easy and actually a lot of fun. I just put on my Eclipse dvd and twisted and glued, twisted and glued. That’s about it!
So here are the matching “big sister gifts” I’ll come bearing next week in KC…
My favorite…
I really want to make a couple for myself…I just need to search for some adult sized, plain headbands. Hobby Lobby only had the kids ones last time I was there. Also, you can pretty much do anything you want to with these rosettes too–not just headbands. Necklaces, pins, etc.
Well, that’s about all the craftiness I have in me for the next couple months. I’ll try to post some pictures of my little models wearing them after next week’s trip!
