Don’t you just hate it when you wait so long to blog that you have way more to tell than you’d ever actually want to write? That’s about where I’m at right now. Sitting here looking at all of the pictures we took on our trip home–I can’t help but smile. I loved every minute we were in Kansas…dinner with friends, family get-togethers, quality time with the kiddos, and the few spare moments where there was nothing to do at all.
I am fairly certain that no one wants to read a day-by-day recap, so I’ll let the pictures do the talking…
…insert great night at Kona with Heather, the Carters and the McMatlocks (yes, I so cleverly just made that up). I forgot to take my camera, so you’ll just have to imagine….
Well, that pretty much sums it up. Chris doesn’t like it when I write cheesy things on the blog, so I won’t say that this trip was definitely a reminder of how blessed we are. I won’t mention the fact that we have two amazing, healthy and happy families that we love very much. 🙂
On the agenda for tomorrow…take down our Christmas tree (sad), stop eating junk, write a blog post about our new years eve and our special house guests.
See you in November Christmas decor…

Ugh, this is exactly how I felt when I tried to write my Christmas blog post. Just not enough time to write everything great that happened! Hope you had a great time!
