It was Christmas in Great Bend on Monday and Santa (aka Chris) brought me a big surprise! Okay, not exactly a surprise, but I was still extremely excited. Our new Rebel EOS T2i is everything I hoped for…I read the manual for about 2 minutes and it didn’t even matter because the pictures still turned out great. I’m hoping to find a local class to take next year so I can learn how to properly use it–but this works for now!
I will blog more later about our Great Bend trip (because it deserves it’s own post), but I wanted to share some pictures we took around the farm. Gosh I love that place.
The barn. So so pretty.
What? Do I have something on my face?
I know, I’m so artistic…right?
Wannabe farm dogs have to stay on the leash…
But not the true farm dogs. Meet Moses.
If you know Chris, you’ve probably heard the story about his first time driving this wheat truck at 13. If you’re his wife, you’ve probably heard it about 900 times.
Doesn’t she look like she should be modeling Levis or something?
Just a boy and his dog.
Doesn’t the back of the shed make an awesome background? I love the color.
Christmas in the country 🙂
It’s rough being a farm dog…
I love this Christmas tree! The basement was like a winter wonderland 🙂
Typical.
Just a little chillier than Houston…
The Calcaras. I am so blessed to have become a part of this family.
Nothing says Merry Christmas like guns and French Bulldogs!
Expect many more pictures from our Christmas traveling soon!
