I love Pi Phi…old news to most of you. I love the history behind it and I love the amazing friends that it has given me. When I think of the 12 founders, a few things come to mind. First, Ashley Kelly trying to memorize them in the kitchen of Pi Phi and calling Inez Smith Soule…Inez Smith Soufflé. I also think about the fact that poor Jennie Nicholas was called Jennie Nichols on and off again for 4 years. Sorry Jennie!!
I have to admit that I am jealous of all the Kansas Betas who are enjoying Founder’s Dinner tonight at the Manhattan Country Club. My mouth is watering just thinking about the best caesar salad in the world! Not even kidding. And how could I forget, the most memorable part of every Founder’s Day…quaffing the cup!!! Oh my, it was never pretty.
So here’s to the founders and all of the wonderful women I met at the house of Pi. I love you all! TTF 🙂
