Dear DirectTV,
I have officially declared Friday Night Lights my favorite TV show ever…and I mean EVER. Better than The Office, better than Friends…even better than Saved by the Bell. Crazy, I know! (please note: reality television is in it’s own separate category). So you can only imagine how distressed I was when the season 4 premier (scheduled for Fall 2009 on NBC) never happened. Where could I watch my beloved show?! Then we moved to a new city, signed up for your service, and VOILA…Friday Night Lights!!! So I thought I would share my favorite things about this family drama so that you keep it coming season after season:
- West Texas football scandals. Bribes, vandalism, rival brawls…I love it all.
- The Taylors. Coach Taylor is so dreamy and I would creepily love to be Tami’s BFF.
- 25-year-olds playing high school students. It just wouldn’t be the same if 18-year-old Tim Riggins couldn’t stroll into a bar and order a round of Budweisers.
- Landry. I would probably have to boycott the show if Jesse Plemon’s character died or moved away.
I only have one request…could you please give Julie a new hair style…or at least make her wash her bangs?!?

Wait – I am so confused…I have been waiting for the new season since Andrew and I love this show, too…but it never came on. Where can I watch, too?
It's on Direct TV's 101 network…I don't think it's coming back to NBC 🙁
OMG! I have a creepy obsession with friday night lights too… netflix! You can watch all the episodes, I watch them over and over… AND, I too, want to be besties with Tammy. I couldn't have posted better- best show out there, hands down!
OMG…I DIE FOR THIS SHOW!! Seeing Tim Riggins once a week on TV is just not enough lol!!
